Kate is an Operations Analyst at TCG. Previously, Kate served as the volunteer Director of Social Media for Standing Up To POTS, a global non-profit organization aiming to improve the quality of life for individuals with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). In her role, Kate designed and implemented the non-profit's social media strategy, increasing the Instagram following by 98%.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from DePauw University as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. During her time at DePauw, she served as President of Women in Economics and Business as well as the Consulting Group.
