John is a Senior Accountant at TCG. Previously, he worked at Oak Wood Ventures, a private real-estate company specializing in the Manufactured Housing and Self-Storage space, where he worked on accounting operations and financial reporting. John began his career in public accounting working in Assurance at RSM US LLP, helping conduct audits and other financial engagements for clients across a range of different industries including Real Estate, Financial Services, and Consumer Products.

John graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. At UTD, he was a member of the Professional Program for Accounting and served as a fundraising chair for Phi Beta Lambda (the collegiate division of Future Business Leaders of America –Phi Beta Lambda, aimed to help college students prepare for careers in business). He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
