John Henry is a Private Equity Analyst at TCG. Previously, he worked as a Deputy Operations Program Manager supporting submarine launch systems at Northrop Grumman. In this role, he managed the full lifecycle of a $27M product line and focused on key operational improvements. Notably, he developed and received leadership approval for a manufacturing process improvement proposal with $1.5M in potential cost-savings.

John Henry graduated Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University, where he earned degrees in Economics and Communication and a minor in Business Management. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
