Nasrin brings more than 13 years of operating and executive leadership experience building and scaling complex, regulated businesses. Prior to joining Tobin Capital Group as Vice President of Operations, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, a fintech platform serving more than 10,000 businesses and 185,000 retirement accounts.

At Ubiquity, Nasrin led an approximately 100-person operating organization. Her work focused on building scalable operating systems, developing high-performing teams, and using technology and automation to drive efficiency and customer outcomes. During her tenure, she helped reduce client onboarding times from more than 110 days to 35 days, eliminate approximately 16,000 hours of annual manual work, improve client satisfaction, and support the company’s transition to positive cash flow.
