Henry Mallory

Analyst

Henry is a Private Equity Analyst at TCG. Previously, Henry interned at Proteus MHP, a manufactured housing private equity firm, where he underwrote and evaluated investment opportunities in manufactured housing communities across the United States. Henry also interned on the Investments Team at Cabot Properties, an institutional industrial real estate private equity firm, where he underwrote and presented industrial real estate acquisitions to senior leadership. Additionally, Henry interned at Redcar Properties, a Los Angeles-based developer focused on Class A office, where he supported underwriting and valuation on active development projects.

Henry holds a degree in History from Dartmouth College, where he served as Co-President of the Dartmouth Real Estate Club. In that role, Henry built out the club's analyst coverage groups and led case studies on active market deals. He also organized networking and speaker events in collaboration with the Tuck Real Estate Network, connecting Dartmouth undergraduates with real estate professionals.
