Hitali is a Staff Accountant at Tobin Capital Group, where she supports general ledger maintenance, month-end close, accounts payable, and financial reporting across the firm’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining TCG, Hitali completed internships in private equity at Cervano Capital, healthcare investing at Belen Partners, and community development lending at WomenVenture. As a financial analyst for Beloit College’s CFO office, she built a lease-versus-build financial model that informed a board-level capital decision. Her senior thesis, which extends mean-variance portfolio optimization to incorporate public health impact, is published on SSRN.
Hitali holds a B.A. in Quantitative Economics with minors in Mathematics and Finance from Beloit College, where she also competed as an NCAA Division III lacrosse player. She passed CFA Level I in 2026 and studied abroad at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. Outside of work, she loves reading, exploring coffee shops, and adventure sports.
