Amara Pfahl

Vice President

Amara is Vice President of People Operations at Tobin Capital Group, serving as TCG's first dedicated People Operations hire and owning the design and implementation of TCG's People Operations strategy. Previously, Amara spent nearly a decade at YLabs, a global research and design organization, where she helped build the people function from scratch as the organization scaled into a fully remote, international team.

Amara holds a Bachelor of Arts from the California Institute of Integral Studies. A Northern California native with a lifelong love of travel, Amara brings a people-first perspective to everything she does. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, reading, and baking.
